Among the specialities of fish, meat and pasta (wich is strictly Italian) we suggest sea bass, gilthead, prawns, salmon, fillets, Chateaubriand, cotoletta alla milanese, vitello tonnato. Fresh home-made pasta: tagliatelle, ravioli, tortelloni, trofie, gnocchi. Besides savoury rice dishes, soups and pastries, to be appreciated are also ham, cold cuts, numerous hor-d’oeuvres and seasonal products such as the white truffels of Alba, asparagus, artichokes and pore mushrooms.
